Job Summary:

The Corporate Video Specialist is responsible to conceptualize, organize, create and edit business and function video programs from concept through completion, work with the key stakeholders during concept development, interface with the client in all phases of the production process.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effective and efficient visual production and localization with full alignment with company brand guideline and business needs.

• Global studio resources/asset management and allocation in the APAC region

• Buildup maintain and management robust regional agency pool

• Collaborating and contributing to the creative process as a member of a creative team.

• Complete understanding of Adobe Premiere video editing, Adobe After Effects, multiple presentation tools, formats, designs and application.

• Writing and presenting storyboards, ideas and approaches to execution (concept to completion).

• Must have the ability to manage time productively and complete assignments as requested.

• Responsible for assembling the final product as a sequence consisting of shots from the raw camera footage, dialogue, sound effects and graphics. This is a key role in the post-production process and the editor's skill determines the quality and delivery of the final product.

• Quality control, including proofing, reviewing, measuring self-performance, creative output and project processes.

• Effectively engage in several projects simultaneously.

• Be able to output finished programs and production reels in various formats in an organized and timely fashion.

• Work closely with Clients, Producer, Director and other Production Staff to produce the look and feel desired for communication.

Physical Working Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This job operates in a professional corporate open environment, however, many times you are required on a video location shoot or studio. This may require you to move your team camera and studio gear. 50lb-75lbs.

Job Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years’ experience in the advertising industry as a Creative.

• Demonstrate talent for conceptualizing

• Ability to judge creative concepts and copy, and clearly receive and communicate creative direction to/from others

• Excellent in English (oral and written)

• Excellent communication, planning, time-management and follow-through skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
