- Take initial concepts from our industrial design department and produce conforming engineered designs that are feasible.
-Develop designs considering available manufacturing processes.
- Perform engineering calculations for mass, strength and mechanical performance.
- Prepare and maintain engineering release and change documents.
- For each assigned project, provide alternative design solutions accompanied by analysis, supporting information and recommendations.
- Insure the accuracy of the design intent by working directly with factory personnel on location.
- Lead all design for manufacturing analysis reviews.
- Ensure that designs comply with any applicable regulatory or customer specifications.
- Complete all assignments following agreed to timelines.
- Actively participate in product design reviews when required.
- Communicate project status to US based personnel using both verbal and written communication.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Experienced in design and development for the consumer electronics industry, ideally in mobile accessories.
- Knowledge and experience in the project management process.
- Good knowledge of development timelines, plastic injection tools and plastic materials.
- Experience with SolidWorks cad software and Pro-E.
- Familiar with manufacturing methods specifically as it relates to plastic injection.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- International mind-set.
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required).

项目工程主要负责对现有产品的改良及新产品的开发及设计。将工程设计转变为CAD模型，及其它相关文件。具体职责：
-根据工业设计部提供基本产品设计概念，和相关部门沟通进行对产品进行不断修改及完善，确保概念开发及工程设计阶段顺利完成。
-管理电子产品研发项目的整个过程（立项，研发，试产等），协调各方面的资源，跨部门沟通对生产流程设计改良。
-负责制定项目的开发计划，落实进度要求，组织管理项目进程和计划，协调项目资源。
-准备和维护工程设计的发布和文件的更改负责召开相关检讨会议，促使相关问题点得到有效改善。
-通过统计数据及分析。组织项目的各阶段的评审及评估管理项目风险，对每一个开发项目提供多种更替的解决方案。
-负责安排产品试产及工厂审核。和厂家进行沟通，积极指导现场生产，确保设计意念能精确地实现在产品身上。
-主持所有生产设计的分析及审核。项目进度的制定和跟踪、产品质量的监督。
-确保工业设计符合各种生产工业规定及标准，并符合客户要求。
-确保各项工作按时保量完成。
-编制项目内工作进展情况，用书面及口述向美国总部报告项目进度。

录用条件
-本科以上学历 （专业经验丰富者可酌情考虑）通讯，电子计算机，工程学等相关专业。
-熟悉电子产品设计及开发流程。具有移动器材配件设计及开发经验者优先考虑。
-熟悉项目管理方面的知识体系，并有至少3年以上项目管理工作经验。
-具有机械类相关专业知识。熟悉塑胶物料。至少有2年注塑或电子公司生产线经验。
-熟悉SolidWorks, CAD和Pro E等专业3D制图软件操作。
-有操作Agile PLE 系统经验者优先考虑。
-熟悉生产制造流程，特别是注塑相关的专业知识。具有良好的分析和解决问题能力。
-有良好的团队精神及沟通能力。
-具有国际视野。
-普通话熟练，英语水平CET-4以上，能够熟悉运用英文进行口头和书面交流。
