岗位要求：
1、相关岗位3年以上工作经验，熟悉船务工作流程;
2、熟悉报关相关工作流程，持报关证、报检证;
3、英语听说读写熟练。

Job Description:
1. Book the vessel, vehicle or air for cargo shipping on time;
2. Handle factory and subcontractor’s delivery, ensure proper packing, accurate shipping documents and smooth delivery process;
3. Work closely with forwarder/merchandiser/production/warehouse team to better control the shipment to be delivered on time and efficiently, report the production status weekly to Switzerland office;
4. Prepare shipping documents to forwarder, send the original copy to customer/Switzerland logistic team;
5. Work with Switzerland and track the delivery status till arrival of customer’s warehouse;
6. Be flexible and perform other duties assigned by management.

Hire Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Good command of English in writing, speaking, reading & listening.
3. Good communication skill & good knowledge of international trade and supply chain.
4. Familiar with domestic & export shipping procedure via sea and air.
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft office, good sense of data analysis.
6. At least 2 years of working experience in factory logistic position, experience in display factory is a huge plus;
7. Good at team working & having strong sense of responsibility, honesty & openness;
8. Have loyalty to the organization.
