Job description
HR Function:
1. Familiar with basic labor regulations and social benefits structure in PRC
2. Assist in screening CV and scheduling interviews
3. Organize and maintain employee personnel files and information table by ensuring all information are accurate and update , ensure probation review, contract renewal,performance reviews are completed on time
4. Manage in filling HR documents, ensure all documents are bilingual and relevant updates are made as required.
5. Manage employee benefits(social insurance, housing fund, ect.) by ensuring monthly updates are accurate.
Handle & follow up the supplementary accident insurance for all staff. Follow up Work- related injury claim procedures.
6. Assist in drafting and updating training plan ,organize training and keep training records
Finance Function:
1. Prepare accounting documents and vouchers in accordance with the GAAP, IAS, ECCO corporate policies and China's local and international tax legislature and accounting regulations.
2. Assist in timely submission of the Monthly Business Report (MBR), Annual Budgets, Quarterly Year-end Predictions, Ad Hoc reports and any other reports required by HQ and/or governmental authorities.
3. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and secretarial agents to ensure timely completion of annual audit, tax submissions and statutory reports to HQ and relevant governmental authorities.
4.Prepare payment schedule properly in accordance with company policy
5.Assist with bank account open, daily journal register, and monthly bank reconciliation report preparation.
Requirement
1. College degree above.
2. Experience in HR minimum 2 years and in Finance minimum 1year , financial background is preferred
3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail and sensitive to figures and the ability to work accurately
5. Be able to work under pressure.
6. Team work spirit.
7. Strong computer skills especially Excel
8. Familiar with SAP is preferred.
