Responsibilities:
工作职责
1.Manage production tools/Machines/Fixtures
管理制造工模具/机器设备/夹治具
2.Customize and develop new machines to match certain product needs.
针对特定产品开发或定制机器设备
3.Design production fixture/ Jig and continuous improvements
生产夹治具设计和持续改善
4.Driving innovations on production techniques, incl. machines, process and tools, etc.
推动生产工艺的改善，包括机器设备、制成和夹治具等
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or college in mechanical design or industrial engineering, etc.
机械设计、工业工程大学本专科毕业
2.Expert in Glueing/ heat pressing/ die cutting/ laser cutting/ Ultrasonic bonding, etc.
熟悉过胶/热压/模切/镭射切割/超声熔接等工艺
3.Familiar with mobile/tablet accessories production process will be a plus.
熟悉手机/平板电脑附属产品生产工艺优先
4.Expert in using engineering software, like Autocad, ProE, etc.
精通工程软件，如Autocad, ProE,等
5.Good at problem solving techniques, like FMEA, Cpk study and other statistics analysis tools
熟悉问题分析和处理工具，如FMEA, Cpk分析及其他统计分析工具
6.Good team player and have good interpersonal communication skill.
人际沟通能力强，善于团队合作
