Responsibilities:
工作职责
1.Manage plastics project development and mass production introduction, development schedules, prototype review, CAD drawing review and BOM review.
负责塑胶产品开发和量产导入，产品开发排程管理、模型和样板评审、CAD图档和BOM评审
2.Provide technical support to project management team
为项目管理团队提供技术支持
3.Production capacity assurance and continuous improvement and technical issue troubleshoot.
生产产能保证及持续改善，产品和生产技术问题的分析和处理
4.Driving innovations on plastic techniques, incl. material, toolings, injection and second process, etc.
推动塑胶产品技术的创新，包括材料、模具、注塑和后加工制程等

Requirements:
职位要求：
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical design or industrial engineering, etc.
机械设计、工业工程等专业大学本科
2.3+ years experiences in plastic product project
3年以上塑胶产品开发经验
3.Familiar with mobile, tablet accessories product will be a plus.
熟悉手机、平板电脑附属产品优先
4.Expert in using engineering software, like Autocad, ProE,UG, etc.
精通工程软件，包括Autocad, ProE,UG等
5.Good at problem solving techniques, like FMEA, Cpk study and other statistics analysis tools
熟悉问题分析和处理工具，如FMEA, Cpk分析及其他统计分析工具
6.Good English reading and writing
英文读写流利
7.Good team player and have good interpersonal communication skill.
