JOB FUNCTION:

Manages and coordinates on Energy System & eMobility segment with auto OEMs, project developer, component suppliers (battery, charger,  functional safety) over all related supply chain.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop strategies with go-to-market plan for ESEM segment to generate revenue growth and achieve bookings goals.

2. Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues.

3. Develops and coordinates executive presentations and de-briefings.

4. Develops industry stakeholder relationship.

5. Assists to build up industry leadership in the development of industry strategies, goals and plans.

6. Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers.

7. May provide work direction to across different functions in charge of specific customer accounts

8. Performs other duties as directed.

 

Qualifications:  

• University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Marketing or a related disciplines plus generally five years of experience in highest value corporate account management or eight years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales area with account management experience.

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, acquire and manage high value customer accounts.

• Ability to sell “at the highest level” with a compelling value-add strategy approach.

• Detailed understanding of the applicable industry product lines and target markets.

• EV or EV component (battery, charger, powertrain) industry preferable
