Job Responsibility:

To help win business, the jobholder has to ensure sufficient preparation is done for the team before meeting with customer in the buying season.
Able to help buyers to decide on order placement independently.
Perform every step on order follow up by communicating with buyers and suppliers independently.
Help to coordinate early shipment issues and shipping mode confirmation.
Following up over/short shipment issues and advise the client accordingly.
To follow up photo sample schedule, checking sample？s workmanship and measurements and arranging submission issues.
Checking Lab dip/ color set swatches / CD-chart and follow up their submission status and make sure timely arrangement.
Following up photo sample/ lab-dip/ CD-chart comments from buyer.
Pushing the vendor to submit seal sample for QC comment.
To coordinate with the customer and vendor , help to solve some problems.
Following bulk production status, Control the tight production lead time, Settle the problem that occurred in production/quality inspection
Monitoring shipping status to make sure all goods ship out on times
To input related data to the PO maintaining system..
To keep an efficient and convenient filing system

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above graduate
At least 8 years or above sports merchandising experience in dealing with foreign buyer
Familiar with European clients and its quality standard
Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Words and Excel
Fluently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Sales-driven orientation
Sales professional
