Key Job Responsibilities 

• Quality Delivery of Packaging Designs and Materials

- Accuracy to deliver revisions on label, carton and film within given time frame

1. Check list validation
2. Internal approval process
3. Final artwork delivery
4. Printing house e-version file check
5. Digital print color proof
6. Print proof

• Internal Project Management

- Cooperate with Regulatory, Legal, QM and EA team to revise Vitasoy and Vita product labels, cartons and films upon request;

- Coordinate with Brand team and Supply Chain for the best change-over timing to fit both Regulatory/Legal request and promotion request.

• External Coordination

- Liaise with Packaging agencies for artwork revision, ensuring accuracy on all the changes. Follow through strictly on the packaging change approval process;

- Manage color proof and print proof together with brand team, Procurement, suppliers and plants.

• Continuous Improvement

- Internal and external validation process optimization to improve printing quality and simplify workflow.

Qualifications

• Education Background:

- Bachelor or above

• Working Experience

- Good communication and  collaboration skills

- Strong project management skills

- Patience

- Preciseness

- Sensitivity to color and design

• Language/computer skills

- Fluent English both in written and oral;

- Fluent at MS office software (PPT, Excel, Word)
