Responsibilities:
? Coordinate with Outside Legal Counsel and In-house attorneys to draft, negotiate and review a broad range of local contract and documents, and preparing initial revisions for the above;
? Maintain internal library of commonly-used contract template, standard terms and conditions, and standard business responses;
? Provide project management assistance to in-house legal counsels as requested;
? Assist internal attorneys to obtain legal advices and guidance on domestic and foreign issues, such as labor law related issues, facility issues, etc.
? Assist and coordinate with internal attorneys to answer questions from other functional departments (such as HR, Operations, Business) on legal related issues.
? Assist in-house attorneys with legal research, collect data, and prepare related legal reports.
? Perform other duties as assigned.

Critical Skills:
? Ability to independently analyze and negotiate varies kinds of agreements.
? Ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, concise manner (oral and written).
? Have excellent attention to detail.
? Be proactive and take initiative.
? Have good follow-through and matter closure processes.
? Ability to travel as required.

Requirements:
? At least Bachelor's Degree in law.
? Fluent English (oral and written)
? 2-4 years of progressively responsible and directly-related experience as a legal specialist, contract manager/specialist or similar role
? Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple projects and tasks
? Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Past experience working in multinational company and good understanding of US culture preferred
Chengdu resident is preferred
