职位描述
Accountabilities:
- Channel management and development with frequent customer visit to understand customer and market needs to provide strategic input on new product development.
- Achieve Weekly & monthly sales target according to company requirement, forecast and execute effectively.
- Implement company’s price policy and control the cost of sales and accounts receivable.
- Responsible for the analysis and management of rivals and partners.
- Growth catalyst and key resource in growing distribution footprint for identifying new partners and managing the current network.
- Look for new opportunities and determine viability on vertical sales while maintaining focus in core markets.
- Sales force alignment and improve sales team’s productivity.
- Expand business in 2nd ,3rd tier cities, develop more channels and build up new sales team.
2. Requirements:
- Has more than 5 years’ experience of managing a regional sales team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capability of solving tough problems
- Willing to travel as business requires
- Ability to develop action plan to reach aggressive growth objectives
- Knowledge or experience of door hardware, security, relevant building material industry is priority
- Good planning and leadership skills.
- Team spirit and can keep working positively under pressure.
- Can lead resources (people, support) to get tasks completed.
- Have the ability to effectively interface with all relevant departments
