岗位职责：

.1 协助电商运营负责人（天猫旗舰店/天猫智慧门店）进行基础的日常运营维护，数据报表整理，活动提报等  

2、负责电商平台（天猫/小程序）店铺的商品上下架，负责运营后台的活动报名和跟进，配合负责人组织活动开展落地；

3、熟悉公司产品参与营销活动的活动策划、推广执行等相关环节，提高店铺的流量、点击率和转化率，协助完成销售目标；

4、协助部门负责人处理其它运营事务；

专业素质要求：

1、 熟悉淘宝、天猫等运营环境，熟悉线上购物习惯和购买服装心理；

2、对数据敏感，能够运用简单的EXCEL函数处理及分析相关的销售数据；

3、善于与人沟通，良好的团队合作精神和高度的责任感，能够承受一定压力，有长远的职业规划；

4、思维活跃，较强的沟通能力、主动性、学习能力。

We are specialized in the production of cashmere, blended cashmere products and non-cashmere high-grade products.
