Key Account Manager
The Role:
The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in the aggressive expansion of EF Corporate English Solution in China and will be an important part of furthering our mission for business growth nationwide. The work of the Key Account Manager is characterized by business development (identifying, qualifying and closing new clients) across industry sectors in East China, and he/she will be expected to deliver a pre-set revenue target. The successful candidate will have great career opportunities within EF.
Responsibilities:
?Assume responsibility for all phases of the sales process.
?Build up the business in the region and maintain good relationship with clients.
?Conduct needs analyses, propose the most appropriate business solutions to prospective clients, and close the deal.
?Deliver accurate sales forecasts.
?Cooperate with the other KAMs in other cities / regions and create a huge sales network in China.
?Ensure detailed guidance and follow-up with existing clients to maintain a virtuous cycle of referral.
?Develop and maintain a senior business network in the region
Requirements:
?Complete fluency in English and Mandarin, both speaking and writing.
?University graduate, preferably with a Business degree.
?3+ years’ experience of successful value based B2B/consultative selling targeting senior level executives (HR Manager, Purchasing Manager or similar in large corporations).
?Preferably with experience of Head hunter or Consultant in recruitment firms. B2B experience in the logistics field will also be given priority.
?Personal network in local international companies (ideally HR and/or Learning & Development community) is a strong plus.
?Experience of working in a fast growing an dynamic environment
