岗位主要职责：
1、独立完成淘宝商城的整体形象、结合商品特性自主创意设计、更新
2、负责公司淘宝商城页面和风格设计制作，日常维护以及更新
3、负责公司产品的图片处理、编辑、美化，配合文案人员优化配图文字的撰写等工作
4、配合销售部门做好每期营销活动的策划与设计
5、其它与美术设计相关的工作

Secondary Duties: 次要工作职责
1、服装拍摄及后期处理
2、完成领导交办的其它工作
3、客户服务

Qualifications 任职要求：
1、美术、平面设计相关专业，大专及以上学历；
2、有网站整体架构及策划的能力，一年以上网页设计及平面设计工作经验，有天猫美工工作经验；
3、精通Photoshop、dreamweaver、 coreldraw等网页设计和平面设计软件，熟练使用flash制作网站动画；
4、扎实的美术功底，优秀的创意能力和审美品味，很好地把握视觉色彩与版面布局，有硬广设计优秀案例优先考虑；
