Responsibilities (duties include, but are not necessarily limited to the following):
Accurately analyze global market conditions and identify potential computer and consumer electronics products and vendors in China
Source and develop strategic suppliers for assigned commodities in China.
Improve suppliers' performance continuously and identify new chances to expand business scope.
Manage as a team (with a Category Assistant) the complete sourcing process: Request for quotation, issue and oversee purchase orders, track order, handle engineering changes or supplier deviation requests, expedite manufacturing to meet delivery requirements, etc.
Maintain with a high degree of accuracy computer based sourcing database for all products sourced for USO clientsCommunicate rapidly with our overseas customers providing quotes and following through on customers' requests on a daily basis.- Work with assigned USO manufacturing specialist to process customer orders
Organize and maintain his/her work space logically.
Perform other jobs as assigned by supervisors

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
4 year University Bachelor degree is required. Masters preferred.
At least 3 years (or equivalent) work experience in sourcing and/or customer service with project management skills and extensive experience in new product identification. Electronics products highly desirable.
Good computer skills with proficiency in use of Windows XP, Vista, 7 and Office Suite
Understanding of computer and electronics system.
Strong product knowledge on computer and electronics.
Demonstrated excellence in both verbal and written English as well as Mandarin Chinese.
Good verbal communication and demonstrated negotiation skills
Detail oriented and perfectionist type personality who loves cleanliness and order in all things.
Absolute professionalism and dedication to customer supplier satisfaction.
Positive attitude, highly motivated, team player and ability to learn quickly.
Organized, proactive and driven to succeed.
Aggressive, self starters will be most desirable for this dynamic position.
