Job Responsibilities:
? Set up and manage sourcing and development operations for handbag and small leather goods Division ensuring deliverables of company goals.
? Strategically build vendor matrix to support head office directives; develop and evaluate vendor competencies.
? Conducts market research, Identifies new product/design and continuously provide product development support to head office.
? Aggressively negotiate cost and delivery for all order placements.
? Build rapport and effective communication channels between head office, team members and vendor communities.
? Monitor and ensure orders are executed properly and timely.
? Resolve and provide solutions on all conflicts and/or production issues whenever needed
? Work closely with the QA team to arrange on time quality inspection, and investigate/analyze any quality issues.


Qualifications:
? Minimum 10 years of progressive related experience in leather handbag with strong track record of success;
? Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese;
? Bachelor degree holder;
? Organized, Analytical, Detail oriented and Methodical;
? Familiar with handbag manufacturing and leather industry in China.
? Willingness and availability to travel extensively;
