职责：
？ 负责整个公司的P&L
？ 制定公司中长期的发展战略
？ 开拓市场机遇，实现利润增长
？ 制定并执行相关销售计划和目标
？ 达成销售业绩,完成销售目标
？ 建立和发展专业，高效的销售团队
？ 与技术，市场服务等部门紧密合作，更好发展客户
要求：
？ 本科以上学历，化工类相关专业
？ 15年以上销售或者市场相关经验
？ 具有团队合作精神、有较强的应变能力、沟通能力、观察能力和解决问题能力
？ 熟悉中国汽车市场，尤其了解客车市场
？ 熟练使用Office办公软件、工作认真负责、主动性强
