职位描述
Key responsibilities:
* Assist Pitch Managers across Greater China in the preparation and delivery of high value and strategic pitches, including written proposals and client presentations
* Collaborate with lead Pitch Designer to morph large amounts of text content into impactful, memorable visuals
* Assist lead Pitch Designer to develop templates and tools for intranet knowledge centre and fast turnaround projects
* Partner with business lines in conceptualising key messages to convey compelling stories to clients using innovative techniques and the latest technologies
* Explore and utilise new digital platforms to deliver modern, visual, impactful presentations
* Work accurately, efficiently and to a high level of quality, despite deadline pressure
Qualifications and experience:
* At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a marketing and design role
* Passion for design, photography, video, with an eye for detail
keen learner in new technologies
* Advanced skills in the use of PowerPoint
* Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud- high proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat is a must
* Proficiency in video editing software- preferably Final Cut Pro and Motion/ Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
* Experience using GIS tools such as ArcGIS or Google Earth/ MyMaps is an advantage
* Proven experience of turning content into visuals and telling a story through visual design
* Strong project management skills and ability to effectively prioritise workflow and deliver on deadlines
* Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
* Confident presenter who can articulate the rationale behind their ideas
* Experience within a professional services environment highly regarded
* Proficient in English
