*Key Job Accountabilities 主要职责:
· Develop in-depth knowledge of Chinese legislative and regulatory policies, and keep internal stakeholders timely and well informed
· Advance the comprehensive knowledge and involvement in China’s legislation and technical standards development for cosmetics and other requirements which may affect cosmetic products.
· Provide strategic plans to have an efficient and timely voice to the Chinese government and other key stakeholders
· Drive policy advocacy in favor of MNCs and L’Oreal positioning through direct engagement and industry associations
· Undertake environmental scanning, research and data analysis; monitor, analyze and interpret developments and assess possible implications for the business
· Create written briefs, including presentation of data, as necessary on a wide range of issues for senior management and directors

*Preferred Candidate Profile 对候选者要求:
Skills

· Master degree or above in public affairs, communication and/or related disciplines
· Three-year's minimum in positions of experience in MNC corporate affairs or policy research institutions
· Proven knowledge of public policies and contact network for policy advocacy
· Proficiency in strategy, policy development, action plans and tactical steps
· Good analytical, writing, and influencing skills to develop and convey strategies, policies and action plans
· Capabilities to changes in the complex structure of the company’s organization
· Independent yet interdependent player in team work
· Excellent presentation / communication skills in English
· Proficient computer skills to fluently use Office, PPT, Word, Excel, etc.
