1. Experienced on web-based application development, work with project leaders, business analyst and suppliers to implement and support web-based applications
2. Manage/Participate in system realization, develop functional specification, prepare user testing case, perform integration testing, prepare user training materials and deliver end user training
3. Manage various IT service providers on the quality delivery of system project and providing effective on-going support.
4. Support exists web-based applications, ensure the applications running stably for issue resolution
5. Participate in activities throughout the entire software development life cycle providing consultative advise and direction to development team
6. Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution throughout project ensuring issues are brought to resolution and on-going communication with project team
7. Ensure proper documentation during all stages of the project
8. Coach and mentor project team members to ensure thorough understanding of project tasks
9. Conduct code reviews to verify design and provide corrective action where necessary
10. Cooperate with team members to meet goals or complete tasks
11. Continue to learn new technology and trends

 

 

职位要求：

Technical Competencies

1. Proven strong requirement understanding, problem solving and analytical skills
2. Good track record of relevant experience in design, development and testing of Java/.NET based systems
3. In-depth knowledge of popular Java framework like spring cloud, spring mvc, structs2 etc
4. Proficient architecting knowledge and hands-on experience with at least two of popular database software like Mysql, Oracle, and SQL Server, experience with Ali RDS is a plus
5. Experience of working with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's
6. Development experience with OO design and design patterns. Ability to develop in all tiers of the application (presentation, business and database)

2. With at least 5 years of experience in Web application development
3. Technically competent, creative, has initiative and ability to work independently
4. Strong ability in problem troubleshooting and diagnosing
