职位描述

Key Job Accountabilities

The Senior Buyer will manage Skin/Hair/Accessory products sub-contracting sourcing in Asia Pacific region.

1.Responsible for FG/semi-FG sourcing of new launch projects and ensure on-time launch with the right cost.

2.Responsible for supplier selection, price justification and negotiation, risk assessment, capacity management as well as supplier relationship management.

3.Drive for cost saving ideas with TCO approach and ensure results delivered properly with closely follow-up and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

4.Close communication and collaboration with counterparts in US/EU zones on global launches and run global bidding/benchmark.

5.Be accountable for yearly budget set-up, quarterly trend follow-up and monthly PPV management.

6.Responsible for supplier performance evaluation and improvement on competitiveness, supply chain, quality, CSR and innovation.

7.Support Regional and WW category sourcing on strategy setup, new suppliers integration and development, as well as other transversal projects.

8.Capture innovation from suppliers/market and promote.

9. Administration work, like price
registration, reporting analysis etc

Technical & Professional Competencies Required

1.5~7 years of sourcing/purchasing experience in multi national company, experience on cosmetic will be preferred.

2.Bachelor’s degree is required.

3.Team player with clear mind and strong execution capability.

4.Self-motivated attitude towards professionalism and capable to deal with complexities and pressure.

5.Comprehensive English capability, listening, speaking, reading and writing.

6.Travel will be required subject to the assigned projects and seasonal activities.

7.Master skilled of Excel and PowerPoint.
