职位描述
Mission:
Manage an outsourcing Call Center of 100 staffs, which covers a large range of business (inbound, outbound, consumer, wholesaler, dealer, e-commerce…) to make sure the quality of delivery could meet our company’s requirements.
Key Achievements Expected:
1. Supervise the day-to-day activities of the outsourcing Call Center Team to consistently achieve KPI, ensure all inquiries from various sources are fulfilled within performance.
2. Play the contact role between Call Center L1 and company inhouse Team L2, operate in a fast paced environment and being resourceful to meet the ever-changing needs and demands of customers.
3. Manage Call Center risks and issue resolution
4. Perform quality checks and closely monitor Call Center performance to identify, develop and conduct training based on specific needs
5. Implement processes and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Call Center operations or related field as a Team Leader or Supervisor
2. Solid experience in data analytic solutions, master in Microsoft Excel, Power BI is a plus.
3. Good interpersonal skills required to establish and maintain positive relationships with other partners inside the company.
4. Strong planning, organizing and presentation skills, able to adapt quickly to new initiatives and projects
5. Flexible with work schedule (may include weekends)
6. Fluent in written, spoken and reading English and Mandarin
