Financial control and compliance monitoring activities:

ü Have fundamental knowledge to understand the corporate financial control and compliance policies.

ü Maintain familiarity with working procedures and instructions.

ü Implement required working procedures and checking points to validate FCPA transactions to ensure the completeness of supporting documents.

ü Responsible for validating the authenticity and legitimacy of a FCPA transaction utilizing the established working procedures.

ü Perform on-site or remote meeting visit arranged by team lead, and completion of visit records.

ü Report to and escalate potential non-complaint matters to team lead

ü Analyze operational data to identify risk areas and provide constructive suggestions to the team

ü Response to the inquiries from business about local policies and procedures under supervision

ü Conduct other compliance proactive review, in related, but not limited to remediation action plan.
