职位描述
Position Summary
l Work with a team of Engineers, QE,Quality Control Supervisor and Inspectors/Auditors
l Responsible for the implementation of Company's Quality Plan.
l Strong enforcement of Company's quality requirements at suppliers.
l Subject matter expert in STEAM IRONS
Key Responsibilities
l Strong enforcement of Company's quality requirements at suppliers.
l Oversee inspections to assure on time inspection and delivery.
l Synergy with Quality, Merchandizing and Engineering team to improve suppliers' quality performance.
l Supplier audits on ISO9001, SA8000, C-TPAT, ISO14000 etc.
l Provide quality related skills training to QC Supervisors and Inspectors/Auditors in order to enhance level of performance.
l Measure and monitor supplier's performance.
l Work with Quality Engineers to implement Supplier Corrective Actions.
Qualifications
l Degree in a technical discipline eg. Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, Material, Industrial science or engineering.
l 10 years or above experience in manufacturing industries and supplier quality management preferably in small household appliances or floor care products. In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with steam iron is an advantage.
l Knowledgeable and experienced in ISO9001 (Documented Processes and Procedures), SA8000 (Social Accountability Practices), ISO14000 (Environmental Practices), C-TPAT (Transportation-Storage Security Compliant)
l Familiar with basic quality tools, Cpk, SPC etc.
- Manage and build strong internal team through active involvement with mentorship, project guidance, inspire through example, infuse creative passion
- Strong language skills, highly proficient in verbal and written English, Mandarin
