Job Description:

Ensure business growth with sufficient & efficient legal support.

-Provide practical and strategic legal advice to business partners on new developing business models    

-Draft, review and negotiate a variety of complex and high value commercial contract 

-Support timely on IP related work, including trademark registration, infringement or counterfeiting cases, etc.    

-Advise on marketing campaigns and communication materials for compliance with advertising law and anti-unfair competition law, etc.    

-Work independently for due diligence and investigation cases.    

-Work with and manage the outside counsel to ensure appropriate and cost-effective use of services 

Personnel Key Requirements:

(1) have good knowledge of PRC corporate, IP and commercial related laws (including but not limited to Trademark laws, Anti Unfair Competition law, Advertising law, Consumer Protection law) and sound legal skills;

(2) be able to work independently and cross-functionally in a matrixed structure requiring collaboration with business partners and legal personnel in headquarter;

(3) demonstrate strong ability to identify issues, assess legal risk and balance legal and business objectives in a corporate legal environment; 

(4) have strong desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment; 

(5) posess bachelor's degree or above with a major in law

(6) be qualified or admitted to practice law in PRC with at least 4 years post-qualification experience in legal practice (candidates with experience at courts/procuratorate is preferred); and 

(7) be able to work in an English environment.
