Are you passionate about furniture, design and architecture and want to be part of an international design company? We are looking for a Retail coordinator to support retail managers on sales coordination activities. This role will be based at our office in Shanghai.

Primary tasks:

Reporting to our retail managers, your focus will be on providing retail coordination service both for domestic and export market.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

1.  Collect and analyze sales figures from stores to retail managers.

2.  Support on retail campaign calendar and year circle.

3.  Coordinate retail related meetings.

4.  Coordinate with stores on sales orders and delivery for swatches, fabric, and supply in-store materials.

5.  Other retail administration work.

  

1.   Bachelor degree or above

  

2.   Minimum 3 years relevant working experience

  

3.   Experience from retail industry is highly preferred, but not a must

  

4.   Good command of spoken and written English

  

5.   Master the Microsoft Office package.

  

6.   Good team work spirit and out-going personality

  

7.   Strong communication skills

  

8.   Good at working independently and structured.

  

9.   Business travel may require
