Key responsibilities:
- Assist Pitch Managers across Greater China in the preparation and delivery of high value and strategic pitches, including written proposals and client presentations
- Collaborate with lead Pitch Designer to morph large amounts of text content into impactful, memorable visuals
- Assist lead Pitch Designer to develop templates and tools for intranet knowledge centre and fast turnaround projects
- Partner with business lines in conceptualising key messages to convey compelling stories to clients using innovative techniques and the latest technologies
- Explore and utilise new digital platforms to deliver modern, visual, impactful presentations
- Work accurately, efficiently and to a high level of quality, despite deadline pressure
Qualifications and experience:
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a marketing and design role
- Passion for design, photography, video, with an eye for detail; keen learner in new technologies
- Advanced skills in the use of PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud- high proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat is a must
- Proficiency in video editing software- preferably Final Cut Pro and Motion/ Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Experience using GIS tools such as ArcGIS or Google Earth/MyMaps is an advantage
- Proven experience of turning content into visuals and telling a story through visual design
- Strong project management skills and ability to effectively prioritise workflow and deliver on deadlines
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Confident presenter who can articulate the rationale behind their ideas
- Experience within a professional services environment highly regarded
