Now we are searching a Financial Controller for a US company in Wuxi, rank US Fortune 500 who owns four factories in China. Attached please find JD




General Functions and tasks:





1. Execution of policies, procedures and systems ensuring on time delivery at the required quality standards for the weekly and monthly financial reports



2. Responsible for ensuring all internal controls of financial management are executed to reflect integrity and enhance corporate financial performance



3. Monthly financial performance review & budgetary control based on pro-active variance analysis



4. Monthly financial performance rolling forecast



5. Manufacturing process cost control



6. Inventory control & valuation based on standard costing & actual costing



7. Debtors credit control



8. Capital project progress review and cost control



9. Expenses control and analysis



10. Pro-actively identify issues and potential improvement plus recommend solutions



11. Internal control and accounting system development and revision



12. Analysis of financial information for the purpose of control and decision-making



13. Annual budget preparation



14. Cash management and cash flow statement preparation



15. Participation in ERP development special task projects, ensure continuous improvement within cross-functional teams



16. Handling of the annual filing and inspection with various government authorities



17. Manage a team of approx 5-6 members.




Minimum Requirements





1. Bachelor's degree in accounting from a credential university.



2. At least 8 years working experience in Manufacturing company, 3+ years on similar position



3. Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts and high- pressure environment



4. ERP system experience



5. Good command of written and oral English



6. Good teamwork spirit



7. Detail-focused



8. Self-motivated
