- Work with management team to develop and manage strategic marketing plans and marketing content for our Smart products and Smart Solution to effectively communicate key messaging to customers and partners;

- Lead marketing projects with emphasis on effective and efficient program management, measurement and analysis, budget constraints and timely execution.
 - Set up and manage campaign plans and integrate marketing content and messaging for our smart solution offers that align with the company’s strategic priorities and themes;

- Build and foster relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including business leaders, clients, media and other partnerships and more;

- create demand by thought leadership to key stakeholders who own, construct or operate residential and commercial buildings, plus be responsible for the conversion of opportunities to sales to maximise revenue and drive business growth.

    

Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree. Marketing, communications, or business focus desired.

- 5-7 years progressive marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven record of leading and executing high-impact programs

- Strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to create marketing content along with background knowledge of the smart solution industry and ability to understand our products and strategy to effectively build messaging for our Smart Solutions.

- Ability to use your strong commercial acumen to demonstrate the value of solutions to customers.

- Ability to work in dynamic international environment and manage through influence.

- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusion and work with multiple stake holder to drive actions.

- Strong team player to demonstrate leadership and achieve results.
