JD - Sr. Technical Lead

• Expertise and hands on knowledge in Dot Net Technologies specially in C# , ASP.net, MVC , MVC Web API, WCF, ECMA knowledge, Entity Framework, SQL Server, hands on knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, and JSON.
• Good Implementation knowledge of application security, application deployment on IIS.
• Good Implementation knowledge of SOA, Concurrency Patterns and enterprise framework.
• Good Hands on knowledge on SQL Server, coding stored procedures, triggers, functions, data migration, archival, comprehensive test plan, DB optimization etc.
• Good exposure of .NET Solution development, Product Re-engineering & Product Management experience.
• Understanding and management of Multi-geo support environment
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the business requirements
• To be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering the solution/product in collaboration with internal and external (client) teams
• Prepare and Review architecture and design deliverables and support as an SME
• Perform technical analysis of the product framework and create solutions
• Proactively identify and make enhancements to existing applications
• Monitor milestones and critical dates to identify potential jeopardy of schedule and identify / mitigate risk.
• Should have Strong Communication skills, Analytical ability and Interpersonal Skills
• Proven experience in Client Interfacing, Cross team coordination
• Ability to appropriately allocate tasks in the team, and task tracking on daily basis.
• Does on time delivery and has high dependability factor without follow ups.
• Demonstrated expertise of different Software Lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
• Review applications technical details, determine Business criticality and identifying application dependencies, review and Sign-off project plan with Client
• Estimate High level migration effort and timeline, analyze High Level resource & skills requirement for migration execution.
