Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment 

 - Recruit right talent, provide sound suggestion to functional leader in terms of people hiring solution; 

 - Responsible for staff’s recruitment, covering the sourcing, screening, interview, offering etc. whole process. 

2. Operation Excellent 

 - SOP design and execution including people onboarding, probation, movement, contract management, exit and other HR formalities. 

 - Workday system management of HQ staff 

 - Reporting and data insight analysis, e.g. HC reporting, Talent insight, T/O insight analysis etc. 

3. Talent & Org Development 

 - Talent pipeline building for HQ staff, provide talent development solutions and consultancy work. 

 - Team leadership building and new staff training 

 - Organization review of corresponding functions and provide suggestions for functional leaders. 

 4. HR Events and Projects 

 - Support to roll out the regular people events, including performance management, talent review and development, organization review, pay review, people engagement,etc                     

Qualifications:

Education Background

• Bachelor degree or above 

Working Experience & Competency

• at least 2-3 years HR related working experiences

• Experience in recruiting or talent development
• Good interpersonal skill
• Passionate, proactive and flexible
• Sensitive to data and analytical thinking
• Good at design is preferable

• Fluent English both in written and oral;
• Fluent at MS office software (PPT, Excel, Word).
