工作职责】

Centralized Payroll responsibilities:

? Consolidate certain payroll activities within a central payroll team at the SSC and servicing the agencies

? Define organization structure, roles and responsibilities of the central payroll team. Implement payroll process design improvements / changes

? Centralize responsibility of CRM ticketing via ADP and IPG SharePoint

? Centralize and disseminate communications from ADP (e.g., around regulation changes, upgrades / enhancements, and system outages)

? Review of ADP raised tickets for queries / upload SSL-related data

? Troubleshooting & analysing SharePoint tickets with the agencies

? Engage with ADP on ways to improve communication around tax law changes and assist IPG to ensure timely compliance

? Collaborate with ADP to address functionality limitations and define / design requirements for new reports, system enhancements / automation

? Implement knowledge sharing practices with agencies

? Manage the team performance and ensure delivery of timely output as per the defined SLAs

? Monitor and measure the performance of the Payroll business process

? Improve the business process flow on a continual basis

? Act as key contact person for all external groups (IPG network agencies, vendors, tax & regulatory authorities) which affect / are affected by the Payroll process regards to any issues or requests and reports to the SSC Director

? Assist team in trouble shooting and decision making

? Develop standard documentation

? Maintain IPG-specific payroll SOPs, tools and templates working within the IPG Global Methodology

? ADP guidance on accessing and using ESS, GV reporting

? Ensure agencies adherence to ADP calendar and timely submission of payroll data

【岗位要求】

Essential:

? 5+ years of work experience in a similar role

? Strong understanding of the end-to-end Payroll process

? Management of a high transaction volumes business, with rich knowledge of associated controls and procedures

? Ability to provide high level of customer service for the Payroll process

? Strong written and oral communications skills in English

? Strong problem solving and organizational skills

? Experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change

? Ability to partner with other SSC Team Managers to optimize processes across the SSC

? Ability to manage the SSC vision and purpose

? Ability to identify and resolve problems

? Experience in Advertising industry preferred

? Minimum Education Qualification – Degree qualified in HR / Business

? Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

A distinct advantage:

? Experience working in a Shared Services Centre focused on Finance & Accounting activities Experience in SAP

? Experience in Payroll and HR systems (eg ADP, HRLink)

? Experience in document record management software such as SharePoint

【工作时间】

朝九晚六,双休

项目前期需要出差上海

【薪酬福利】

1、薪资范围:20-30K/m+年终奖

2、 六险一金,公司全额为员工购买商业补充保险,公积金8%

4、 外企标配福利,年假等齐全,***二年年假10天,第三年后为13天,逐年增加。
