岗位职责：
- 组织编制年、季、月的销售工作计划，并将部门计划合理分解成每个员工的工作，并督促其完成

- 负责制定销售政策及促销方案,并根据市场和竞争状况调整

- 组织制定销售部门的各类管理制度并负责组织实施,并根据实施情况组织修订和完善

- 负责组织市场调研,了解市场竞争情况和客户需求,为公司项目策划提供市场依据

- 负责广告宣传策略及广告发布的评审工作； 配合策划部作好项目的营销宣传

- 对销售工作中出现的重大问题及时与其他部门协调并进行处理

- 对大客户业务进行洽谈与服务工作； 组织销售人员做好客户的售前、售中、售后的服务工作

- 负责销售模式的建议及调整工作

岗位要求：
市场营销及相关专业，3年以上同岗位工作经验，有品牌楼盘案场管理工作经验，熟悉房地产市场，形象气质佳。
