Job Responsibilities
The Sales Manager is responsible for the development of the sales plan and directing the inside and outside sales team in the execution of sales plans for all markets served, targeted customers and key product lines.
The Sales Manager must have a “New Business” mentality. This includes the short-term focus of seizing opportunities to expand now, and a two to three year focus of building a team to expand the base business. A portion of future growth must come from selling more to our best existing customers.
The Sales Manager will formulate strategies and be a part of all major decisions with these customers in order to look for ways to grow this volume and increase the profits. Must maintain a high level of energy and set the pace by which others will approach their tasks.

1.Responsible for hiring, managing, development, training and the performance of the inside and outside sales team.
2.Responsible for developing strategies to work with multi-location companies at their corporate level.
3.Responsible for completing customer contracts and confidentiality agreements.
4.Work together with the General Manager and Site Manager to develop new and potential markets.
5.Regular communication with RSM’s and ISR’s to insure priorities, time allocation and daily focus are in line with objectives.
6.Create and manage departmental budget.
7.Work with customer service on reviewing late invoices, credit issues and order processing errors to insure proper procedures are followed.
8.Territory travel with sales force, including the development and maintenance of high level customer relationships.
9.Understand the travel schedules of all sales personnel. Insure that trips have a purpose, focus and generate business to support the sales plan.
10.Responsible for evaluating the individual compensation plans of the sales team annually and submitting recommendations.
11.Participate in the forecasting process.
12.Interacts with other disciplines, specifically manufacturing, to optimize communication and cooperation.
13.Be accessible to customers, sales, personnel and all members of the organization.
14.Perform duties outside of normal office hours as required.

Requirements:
1.5 years and above of sales experience in industrial products.
2.Sales Management experience is a must.
3.Bachelor degree or above, welding or brazing background is a plus.
4.Familiar and experienced of solution selling concept and process.
5.Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, written and verbal, High level English, written and verbal
6.Experiences working in Foreign Company Shows understanding and can deal with different cultural backgrounds.
