Utilize the appropriate resource to evaluate Shanghai office to find if there is any EHS discrepancy on site, periodically report any local EHS regulation update;

Assist site EHS representative to prepare and collect the data required by the monthly report.

Follow and apply EHS requirement from global team/local team into the site, and resolve/follow major EHS concern raised by local team;

Complete EHS training for each contractor/subcontractor and necessary documents;

Coordinate each lab owner and facility team to complete monthly/quarterly lab inspection and quarterly indoor EHS inspection, upload complete form into share folders;

Observe the behavior of the contractors and complete monthly vendor EHS assessment;

Track the status of the registration and work permit required by local government, update the status in ARCHIBUS and related government agency;

Monthly review the concern from employee and propose if related PPE, the inventory of first aid boxes are needed to purchase;

Coordinate between employee and ergonomic consultant to alleviate the ergonomic related concern;

Dynamically update the ERT name list and communicate between local and global team;

Timely record the injure or accident in ARCHIBUS and review the whole process.

Assist site EHS representative to review the local EHS documents to see if any update is needed to input;

Have EHS training for local GRE team and local employee;

Cooperate with local C&W team to complete periodic EHS self-audit;
