Present in more than 70 countries, with more than 60 wholly owned shops, Christofle represents French elegance all over the world.

Job Description

• In charge of all the import & export logistic business.

• Select the suitable freight forwarder to get the best price and best service

• Prepare the shipping documents for the Customs. (just until October 19 because after there should not be export anymore to France as we will manage directly with the Asian suppliers)

• Check the Customs HS code for each shipment to ensure it is correct and the duty&tax is correct. (just until October 19 because after there should not be export anymore to France as we will manage directly with the Asian suppliers)

• Follow each import and solve any problem if happened.

• Keep the good relations with Customs and CIQ.

• Control logistic cost at a reasonable and competitive level

• Help HQ to find suppliers in Asia when needed and make first audit (supply chain, marketing, development)

• Manage and control the stock level for the ASIA region

• responsible of stock taking in the region in relationship with retail

• Work with the team closely for a monthly stock replenishment plan to support E commerce in China and all 3 Asian countries.

• Work on replenishment level of store

The Successful Applicant

• Excellent negotiation method and skill

• Orders follow up from the initial demand to the shipment of the goods

• Project management experience

• Stock management experience

• Fluent English speaking

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP system

• Capable to negotiate, to argue and to persuade the stakeholders

• Matured experience in managing project, leading meetings with multi cultural people

• Open to multi cultural environment

• Good sens of the relationship, professional outlooking

• Rigorous and well organised

• Open minded and curious, waking state on the markets evolutions

• Confidentiality and respect of the professional secret.
