工作职责:

HR Related

? Responsible for team moral and employee satisfaction, help People Manager to build an effective, professional, positive team

? In charge of regional HR supporting and policy implements, such as recruiting, performance management, talent development, team building and etc.

? As a HRBP, should be awareness of business and people development, provide HR solution to meet requirements and improve team moral

? Will work together with Function HR to bring solution or work out exclusive policy for regional team

Admin Related

? Help to implement and enhance the office management regulation and policies in SH region

? Work together with BJ HQ admin team for the logistics and activity support to SH team

? Expenses management and control, including mail express, stationary and other service

? Fixed assets management and process support

任职资格:

? Bachelor degree or above, rich human resource management knowledge；

? Three years or above HR experience in large enterprise with deep understanding of HRBP；

? Strong organization ability, good cross team communication and corporation skills and able to push the implementation of HR work;

? Excellent logical thinking skill, analytical competence and self-learning ability;

? Positive, open-minded, result-oriented, self-motivated;

? Good English reading and writing skills;

? Experience in dealing with social assurance issues is a plus
