职位职能: Planning Analyst

Job responsibility 

1.     Data collection, cleansing, summary report for demand & supply planning

2.     SAP system process support

3.     Update various supply chain systems, as needed

4.     Support monthly KPIs reporting

5.     Support ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

6.     Manage department’s information repository

7.     Meeting materials preparation support

8.     Administrative work for supply chain management

9.     Coordinate Ariba/ Purchase Order process

Technical skill requirement

1.     Excellent communication skills in English/ Chines language, both written and oral; ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external parties at different levels

2.     Skilled in use of PC, SAP skill is a plus

3.     Pay attention to details and logical thinking

4.     Good interpersonal & presentation skills

5.     Good problem-solving skill

6.     Can work independently under pressure

Experience & Background 

1.     Bachelor degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance, management science or equivalent field

2.     2-3 years working experience in Pharma or FMCG environment

3.     Working experience in MNCs is preferred
