职位描述
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
- Be familiar with client’s business in order to be the professional interface between the client and company
- To provide seamless and superior service to client so that to let client have a positive experience
- Handle the client's issues and provide support to resolve these quickly
- Be familiar with client’s supplier management system and work for client-assigned tasks related to BV activities
- Based on client’s specific requirement, assist to perform special projects or tasks assigned by client
- Timely escalate any operational issues that may negatively impact the business or bring down client’s satisfaction with BV IAC service to Program Manager
- As a bridge between client and operating offices for solving issues
Skills & Qualifications (Skills required for this position)
- Degree holder or college
- Preferable to have 2 years’ working experience and it is an advantageous with consumer product inspection or retailing industry experience
- Customer-oriented, solution provider
- Patient and logical, but proactive in taking the initiative, and aggressive
- Strong sense of responsibility; responsive & positive
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, native speaker of Mandarin
