  Key Responsibilities

 

·         Develop and maintain key reporting dashboards which are used to inform strategic and operational decision making, such as forecasting.

·         You will be the leader responsible for developing and executing all measurement and analysis plans.

·         Create, analyze and publish weekly/monthly performance reports.

·         Ensure proper analytics implementation and reporting accuracy.

·         Develop quantitative analyses and ad-hoc reports to monitor performance and trends.

·         Perform analyses and provide interpretation, guidance and strong recommendations to aid decision making and inform business opportunities.

·         Stay current on digital marketing trends, research and evaluate market opportunities and guest behavior to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.

·         Support and deliver insights, analysis, data and measurement that positively impact content strategies

·         Manage multiple on-going and ad-hoc analyses or data requests from key business stakeholders

·         Act as an analytics expert across the business, helping to encourage a culture of data-driven decision making

 

Requirements

 

·         Bachelor holder in a quantitative field – e.g. Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering

·         Minimum 5 years relevant experience. Exposure on Business analysis in sales driven organization  & sustainable improving projects will be highly advantageous

·         Detail-minded individual, excellent team player who is able to work under great time pressure flawlessly

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact and build a rapport with all people in the business

·         Data oriented. Uses quantitative data, hierarchical understanding, and causal thinking to find answers and provide recommendations accordingly

·         Strong customer focus/ability to anticipate and react to user needs.

·         Highly organized, focused, process-oriented, and possesses great attention to detail

·         Strong Microsoft Office skills required

·         Fluent English / Mandarin speaker
