岗位职责：
1.Lead and inspire multidisciplinary project teams in a fast-paced, agile environment from project formation to scoping, design, concept testing, and delivery
2.Design innovative digital solutions (processes, business models, platforms) that enhance the customer experience and drive business value
3.Determine priorities and proactively identify project risks, ensure assigned projects are completed on time and on budget
4.Proactively manage across stakeholder groups to foster cross-functional collaboration, identify risks and resource constraints, and eliminate significant roadblocks in a timely fashion.
5.Manage external partners/vendors
6.Act as the voice of the customer
7.Near-term target: Drive key projects related to customer experience transformation towards release of a new digital platform by the end of 2019

任职要求：
1.Passionate, proactive and progressive leader with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
2.Successful track record of managing complex projects to deliver solutions and achieve business results, positively impacting the customer experience
3.Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies incl. the ability to plan, estimate and control project budgets and timelines
4.Instinct to proactively identify project risks, develop risk mitigation plans
5.Passion for delighting customers, with a commitment to a human-centered design process
6.Strong ability to manage wide range of stakeholder relationships across an organization, with ability to listen to their needs with empathy and translate into business and technical requirements
7.Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative consumer research, and ability to synthesize insights
8.Eagerness to continually learn new skills
9.Meticulous attention to detail, but with the ability to always see the “big picture”
10.Strong written, visualized and verbal communication
11.3-5 years of project management experience
12.Professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English
Preferred qualifications：
13.MBA or advanced degree
14.Experience in a top-tier management consultancy
15.Experience related to insurance or another financial services industry
16.Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
