Job Description:

1.Review plant costing process practices to comply with PQNA procedures & Eaton policies.

2.Consolidate and review PQNA plants E&O reserve and write-off monthly, push improvement actions.

3.Track plants weekly work order variance analysis execution and the result, share the improvement actions within plants and continuous follow up.

4.Track plants inventory cycle count process and the result weekly ,share the improvement actions within plants and continuous follow up..

5.Track plants weekly MPV analysis execution ,select unfavorable items to SCM to find cost out opportunities.

6.Involved and consolidate plants annual physical inventory activities and result, share improvement actions within plants and continuous follow up.

7.Ad hoc projects analysis assigned by Supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Finance Accounting or Industrial Engineering.

2.More than 6 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and cost accounting, including large plant experience, familiar with international finance accounting standards, US & China GAAP.

3.SAP knowledge will be necessary

4.Superior oral and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin.

5.Knowledge of SOX requirements.

6.Highly motivated, self-starter with good project management and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.

7.Knowledge of PC spreadsheets, work-processing and data base applications (Microsoft Excel, Word).

8.To win the trust and cooperation; good at communication, expression; can be sensitive to feelings of others and for feedback

9.Mature and capable to work in matrix organization

10.Comfortable in high pressure working

11.Self-motivated and able to work independently
