Job Description:

1. Support procurement team on end to end rate quotation to customer including origin and destination local charges 

2. Support rate team on invoice creation

3. Support cost team on job cost creation

4. Set up carrier local surcharge table, Review and update carrier local surcharge by monthly

5. Support Corporate procurement team for new bidding

6.Propose process / system improvements Requirements  

Requirement:

1. College or above degree, preferably major in Shipping/Logistics/International Trade related fields

2. More than 1 year  sales support or customer service working experience or logistics companies

3. Working experience in global logistics enterprises is preferred

4. Project management skill, ability to lead the team and to write up solution proposal base on the biz development

5. Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, optimistic personality, self-discipline and capable to work in team 

6. Good PC skills, eg. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
