【工作职责】

The role is part of the Asia Pacific Regional Controllers Team (RCT), based in Mumbai, India or Guangzhou, China and reports to the Asia Pacific Business Transformation Director.

1) Liaise with other appropriate stakeholders (RCT, Global Information System (GIS), Business Transformation (BT) and Shared Service Centre (SSC)) in resolving any accounting, system or control issues identified via data analytics

2) Establish and develop key parameters in Procure To Pay, Order To Cash and Record To Report scripts in data analytics/forensics tools to be deployed in SSC India and China. These include:

? Work with large amounts of data structures that may be presented as charts, graphs, or tables as well as designing and developing database model for collecting and analyzing data

? Performing analysis on financial transactions anomalies identified by analytical and forensics tools and investigate the nature of such anomalies by using statistical/predictive models to conduct diagnostic analysis to answer key business/financial risks

? Identification, escalation and follow-up on risks, controls and accounting issues derived from data analytics results

? Convey complex information in a manner that others can understand such as presenting statistical anomalies and findings to multiple stakeholders, as well as the ability to understand and interpret complex information from others

? Recommend processes that increase productivity and impact on business controls efficiency and effectiveness relative to data accuracy and timeliness

3) Re-visit statistical and financial models/scripts to adapt to new risk trends identified during Risk Assessment exercise

4) Draft minutes of meetings, presentation decks and document findings to prepare clear and concise reports for all IPG stakeholders

5) Develop technical and business documentation of assumptions, analytic methodologies, and predictive models using data and forensics software like ACL

6) Assist and providing data support for RCT on site visits (OSV), Risk Assessment activities and support/mentor data retrieval and report development activities

7) Provide data analytics training and act as facilitator to relevant stakeholders (especially AC team)

8) Special data analytics or risk management projects related duties as assigned

【岗位要求】

? Bachelor, Master’s Degree in IT Engineering, Data Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting with five to 10 years of relevant working experiences

? Relevant Professional Certification is desirable (Data Analytics Certificates, Chartered Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner)

? Experience/Proficient in data science, quantitative business analysis, and/or statistical analysis and programming e.g. SQL (Structured Query Language) querying skills. Has experience in working with large-scale datasets and structured data under SAP environment

? Involve in designing and developing financial model tools and scripts for business testing, audit or compliance

? Strong analytical skills and has advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel (V/H-lookups, pivot tables and macro) and Access

? Knowledge of fraud investigations and the tools/technologies that support it, especially ACL software

? Demonstrated ability to work well independently, as well as with others or part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment.

? Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) are required

本科以上学历；英语流利（外企背景出身为佳），口语至少能基本表达

5年以上数据平台经验，具有很强的数据分析能力，最好有数字建模能力

熟悉SAP系统更好

【工作时间】

朝九晚六，双休

【薪酬福利】

1、薪资范围：30-50W年薪（固定薪资*12+年终奖）

2、 六险一金，公司全额为员工购买商业补充保险，公积金8%

4、 外企标配福利，年假等齐全，第一二年年假10天，第三年后为13天，逐年增加。
