工作职责：

• Conduct the packaging development activities on a daily basis
• Helps interpret the project brief into packaging design brief to determine the technical development activities required (with guidance)
• Develop the primary /secondary packaging as per project requirement to achieve the agreed milestones (with guidance)
• Support to identifies & determine technical packaging solutions by own practical work(lab testing, trials in SC or suppliers) and by consulting widely with both internal & external sources
• Evaluate/screen technical routes to identify most promising approach by generating the proper technical report.
• Generate the packaging information for the purpose of supply chain’s daily operation.
• Written and verbal communication to marketing and supply chain team & external suppliers.

岗位要求：

• Degree in a packaging or mechanical/chemistry background with some experience, master is preferred.
• Proven logic thinking
• Frequent oral English skills, good English writing. Proven ability to do the project management.
• Prefer over 3-5 years of packaging development experience.
• Demonstrate the understanding of packaging development process and quality standards used to design and develop the primary and secondary packaging component that meets consumer, brand, customer and manufacturing objectives.
