Job Responsibility：

· 目标

To manage the Hub IS support and technical infrastructure to ensure the Hub operations and IS services are run smoothly.

Customer

· To provide business applications to Hub:

· To plan for core application deployment with the GIS, Cyberjaya deployment and support teams

· To provide technical support:

· Resolving problems with GIS, Cyberjaya Data Centre’s services

· To communicate closely with DHL network (especially GIS, Cyberjaya, IS Department, other hubs/gateways) on new user requirements and project deployment

· To analyse and report user problems for the Hub

· To provide user training and on-going user support.

· To manage the infrastructure, technical support and telecommunications for the Hub

· To deploy appropriate hardware, software and services in line with Hub IS budget and comply to GIS corporate standard.

Stakeholder

· To resolve IS systems related matters through meetings with customers, government authorities and airlines as required by Hub General Manager.

Process

· To coordinate with GIS, Cyberjaya/AP Aviation IT group to ensure that the required Hub computing facilities and software are developed and implemented according to the agreed time frame and budget.

· To assist HUB Management on Hub’s annual budgeting and operational planning processes.

· To assist in the deployment and support of GIS's core and the Hub's local applications.

· To advise and provide input on the sourcing of Hub IT equipment, services and systems in line with DHL standards.

· To ensure the availability, reliability and performance of all computer equipment to support 24 hours 7 days a week operations.

· To effectively communicate and manage system changes.

· To study Business Requirement and draft up BRS, Business Review Specifications

· To ordinate with development team on system development.

· To coordinate Hub System Security Audits and follow up and to report breaches of security to the Technical Services Manager.

People Management

· To develop IKOs/KPIs with Hub IS team members and their direct report managers and monitor individual performance.

· To direct, control and Hub IS team through involvement in recruitment, retention and ongoing communication.

· To develop a high performance service culture within the Hub IS team

· To identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled Hub IS team.

Requirements: 职位基本要求：

· Communication skills (English), spoken and written (excellent)

· Technical expertise in:

· All proprietary core business applications

· Existing local developments

· Intel-based workstation and server operating systems (MS-DOS, Windows 9x and Windows NT/2000)

· Desktop applications (Microsoft Office, Netscape Mail, Outlook Mail, Visio, etc.)

· Knowledge of Unix Operating System, Internet/intranet technologies

· Knowledge of IS development life cycle

Experience:

· 7-10 years IS and business experience, preferably in logistics industry

· 3-5 years IS management experience

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Services (or equivalent)

· CET 6
