Job Descriptions:

  1. Provide technical advice and support to factories, customers, Merchandising  staff and technical team members

  - Identify customer requirements based on their design concepts, sketches and photos

  - Review customers'sketches and descriptions and decide if the potential  issues with production in terms of measurement, size clarifications and  adjustments etc.

  2. Review and approve samples to ensure that they meet product specifications

  3. Manage the team to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency

  4. Provide technical control, including customer requirements and standards, to  ensure customer standards and quality are maintained

  5. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirement:

1. College or university graduated. (Preferable in Textile field or similar qualification)

2. 8+ years experiences on garment fields for US/EU Market, with 1-2 year as management role

3. Good command of spoken & written English

4. Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.

5. Can occasionally travel, ability to work under pressure
