LTE eNodeB 算法高级工程师
工作职责：
1. LTE eNodeB算法及仿真专家，作为LTE系统设计团队的核心成员，负责LTE eNodeB产品基带算法开发
2. 分析LTE功能，提供性能评估、制定算法规格，产品解决方案
3. 负责LTE eNodeB算法设计、搭建浮点及定点链路级仿真器平台，性能评估及优化
4. 承担基于DSP处理架构的LTE eNodeB软件设计
5. 研究3GPP LTE及其演进，并辅助产品需求定义
职位需求:
1. 电子、通信类专业硕士及以上学历
2. 精通无线通信系统，包括GSM、UMTS及LTE
3. 6年以上物理层算法和浮定点链路仿真器开发经验
4. 3年以上TD-LTE eNodeB 算法设计和仿真经验
5. 具有TD-LTE Beamforming 算法研究和开发经验（Broadcasting and Service Beamforming with Weight Estimation, Antenna Calibration, etc.）
6. 有TD-LTE Sync, Channel Estimation and MIMO detection算法开发经验者优先
7. 有DSP/FPGA开发经验者优先
8. 精通 C/C++ and Matlab
9. 具有与不同文化背景的研究员高效协同工作的能力
10. 自我激励、灵活且有很强的分析解决问题的技巧
LTE eNodeB Algorithm Senior Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. As LTE eNodeB algorithm & simulation specialist, the successful candidate will be a key member for system design team whose responsibility is to define the competitive LTE eNodeB base-band algorithm products
2. Algorithm engineer will analyze the LTE features and provide performance evaluation, algorithm specification and product solutions for each product release
3. In detail, the capable candidate is responsible for the algorithm design, link-level simulator setup(both floating point & fixed point), performance evaluation and improvements
4. Algorithm engineer will contribute to LTE eNodeB SW design based on DSP architecture
Requirements:
1. Education background: Master or above, major in electronic engineering, telecommunication
2. Good knowledge of Wireless system (GSM, UMTS, LTE etc) architecture
3. 6+ years working experience on PHY layer algorithm research and both floating&fixed point LLS development
4. 3+ years on TD-LTE eNode-B Algorithm design and simulation experience
5. Knowledge on TD-LTE Beamforming Algorithm research and development (Broadcasting and Service Beamforming with Weight Estimation, Antenna Calibration, etc.) is a must
6. Knowledge on TD-LTE Algorithm development (Sync, Channel Estimation and MIMO detection) is a plus
7. Experience on DSP/FPGA development for algorithm implementation will be plus
8. Master C/C++ and Matlab
9. Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
10. Ability to co-operate and work with people from different cultures
11. Self-motivated, flexible and strong analytic and problem solving skills
