LTE eNodeB DSP高级工程师
工作职责：
1. 负责LTE eNodeB DSP软件架构定义，仿真，详细设计，开发、测试和维护
2. 承担基于TI或Freescale平台的LTE eNodeB DSP软件开发
3. 负责Spec分析，设计和接口定义等

职位需求:
1. 电子、通信类专业硕士及以上学历
2. 对数字信号处理和时序分析有较深的理解
3. 精通无线通信系统，包括GSM、UMTS及LTE
4. 6年以上TI或Freeescale公司DSP的开发经验
5. 3年以上TD-LTE eNodeB DSP开发经验
6. 具有TD-LTE Beamforming DSP开发经验（Broadcasting and Service Beamforming with Weight Estimation, Antenna Calibration, etc.）
7. 有TD-LTE Sync, Channel Estimation and MIMO detection DSP开发经验者优先
8. 精通 DSP C/C++ and 汇编编程
9. 具有良好的英语书写和交流能力
10. 具有与不同文化背景的研究员高效协同工作的能力
11. 自我激励、灵活且有很强的分析解决问题的技巧

LTE eNodeB DSP Senior Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible DSP architecture definition, simulation, detailed level design, implementation, testing and maintenance for LTE
2. Develop the LTE eNodeB DSP SW base on the TI or Freescale DSP
3. Contribute to inspection/review of specification, design and interface

Requirements:
1. Education background: Master or above, major in electronic engineering, telecommunication
2. Excellent knowledge of digital signal processing and timing analysis
3. Good knowledge of Wireless system (GSM, UMTS, LTE etc) architecture
4. 6+ years working experience on DSP development (TI or Freescale DSP )
5. 3+ years on TD-LTE eNodeB DSP development
6. Knowledge on TD-LTE Beamforming DSP implementation (Broadcasting and Service Beamforming with Weight Estimation, Antenna Calibration, etc.) is a must
7. Knowledge on TD-LTE DSP implementation (Sync, Channel Estimation and MIMO detection) is a plus
8. Master DSP C/C++ and assemble development
9. Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
10. Ability to co-operate and work with people from different cultures
11. Self-motivated, flexible and strong analytic and problem solving skills
