Responsibility:
- New Product development support, trial Run, launching & process management
- Project Management & support
- Mould, Tool, fixture & related Parts design, monitoring and optimization
- Capacity Utilization and Investment Plan
- Cost/productivity improvement
- Training offering to operation team
- 6Sigma/lean project implementation and support

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering
- At least 5 years experience in rubber or plastic process
- Knowledge of design software tools, such as UG, CATIA, Pro-E, AutoCAD, Solid works,
- Mold3D, Moldflow analysis, etc
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good English skills
